After a withdrawal is requested, 12 Baje typically processes it within 5 to 10 minutes. However, additional verification or security checks may extend this timeframe. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold if any suspicious activity is detected on the account
• Funds tied to unsettled bets cannot be withdrawn

12 Baje offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer comes with its own specific terms, so it's important to read them carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses come with wagering requirements — meaning you must bet a specified multiple of the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.
• Validity: Every bonus comes with an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.

Once a bet is confirmed on 12 Baje, a reference number will be issued. Please keep this number safe. Any bet that fails to register due to a technical error will not be considered valid.

Once a bet is confirmed, any subsequent odds change will not affect it. However, if incorrect odds were displayed at the time the bet was placed, 12 Baje reserves the right to correct them — and the member will be notified accordingly.

• If a match is cancelled, the bet amount is generally refunded.
• If a match is more than 50% complete, the result may be considered final
• If a live betting match is suspended, payouts will be determined according to the applicable rules
• If one leg of a parlay bet is voided, the remaining legs of the bet continue to stand

If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome, please contact our support team within 72 hours of the match ending. 12 Baje will investigate and issue a decision — which shall be considered final.

12 Baje is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Bots & Automation: Using automated software for betting or account management.
• Collusion: Coordinating across multiple accounts to manipulate match outcomes.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform as a vehicle for laundering illicit funds.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets with prior knowledge of, or influence over, the outcome of any event.
• Chargeback Fraud: Making a payment and then requesting a reversal.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.

You may close your 12 Baje account at any time. Please withdraw your balance before doing so. Upon closure, all bonuses and promotions associated with the account will be forfeited.

12 Baje may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Registering with false or incomplete information
• If any suspicious financial activity is detected
• Under instruction from law enforcement authorities
